Job Title: Project Manager - Civil & Infrastructure Projects

Department: Projects / Operations

Reports to: Project Head / Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a civil engineering background who can handle civil and infrastructure projects independently--from planning to execution--ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Take complete ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery for civil and infrastructure projects.

Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans and ensure adherence.

Coordinate with multiple departments such as design, procurement, finance, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.

Manage end-to-end client relationships--including requirements gathering, approvals, updates, and issue resolution.

Ensure timely communication and reporting between clients and internal teams.

Monitor project progress, site activities, material procurement, and vendor management.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and legal requirements.

Conduct periodic reviews and reporting to management on project status.

Handle multiple project sites and ensure timely completion within budget.

Willing to relocate and travel as per project requirements.

Educational Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 to years of experience in civil & infrastructure projects. Proven ability to handle projects independently from start to finish. Strong exposure to client coordination and department-level collaboration.
Key Skills:

Strong project planning & execution skills, Excellent client handling and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Project / AutoCAD / Project Management tools

Leadership and team management capabilities, Knowledge of quality and safety standards

Willing to relocate for project assignments

Willing to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings

Ability to handle civil & infra projects under pressure
