Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to manage

and execute our internal infrastructure projects. This role is crucial for

ensuring the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective completion of various

civil works within our premises.

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Primary Focus: Supervision, Inspection, and Execution of Internal Civil

Works

Project Examples: Roads, Side Sheds, Mezzanine Floors, Boundary

Walls, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

? Minimum 2 years of practical experience in civil construction, site

execution, and supervision.

? Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality

testing procedures.

? Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering

drawings.

? Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and

coordinate on-site teams and contractors.

? Familiarity with internal factory infrastructure projects (e.g., industrial

flooring, sheds) is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities :

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the timely, cost-effective, and

quality execution of all assigned internal civil works, including roads, side

sheds, mezzanine floors, and other structural/utility additions.

1. Site Supervision and Execution

? Supervise all internal civil construction activities on site, ensuring

work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications,

and project schedules.

? Coordinate daily with labor contractors, material suppliers, and

internal departments (e.g., Production, Maintenance) to ensure

smooth workflow and minimal disruption to operations.

? Ensure that all construction activities adhere strictly to quality

standards and established safety protocols.

? Manage site logistics, including the efficient movement and storage of

materials and equipment.

2. Quality Control and Inspection

? Conduct regular and detailed site inspections of ongoing work (e.g.,

foundation pouring, concrete curing, structural assembly).

? Verify the quality and quantity of incoming materials against purchase

orders and specifications.

? Check and certify the work completed by contractors before

approving payment milestones.

? Document all inspection results, quality issues, and corrective actions

taken.

3. Planning and Coordination

? Assist in the preparation of detailed work plans, schedules, and

resource estimates for internal civil projects.

? Track project progress against the schedule, identifying potential

delays and proposing proactive solutions.

? Communicate project status updates, potential risks, and resource

requirements clearly and regularly to Management And Internal Team

? Maintain a complete and organized record of all project

documentation, including revised drawings, progress reports,

measurement sheets, and contractor invoices.

4. Safety and Compliance

? Enforce strict adherence to site safety regulations and best practices

at all times to prevent accidents and hazards.

? Ensure that all temporary structures, scaffolding, and working

platforms are safe and compliant with standards.
