? Accountable for fulfilling site works such as planning; reviewing contractor's shop drawings; coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities; following up with Design Engineers; supervising labor workforce, tools, providing technical help to complete the work scope according to contract scope.
? Implementing suitable solution on site queries.
? Carrying out final inspections following the snag list. Ensuring execution of works as per the approved drawings, specification and design including compliance to set standards.
? Carrying out detailed review on Project Quality Plan, Quality Procedures & Forms, ITP (Inspection Test Plan), Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Temporary Works Proposals.
? Meeting with the end user, consultants, sub-contractors and vendors to resolve any site related discrepancies.
? Advising the contractor for any technical issues.
? Preparing daily, monthly progress reports, Quality and HSE observations etc.
? Issuance of Nonconformance for poor quality of works.
? Ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are fulfilled at site.( PEP Talk, Height work)
