Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead and support a wide range of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. Your expertise will drive the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects, including water treatment facilities, pipelines, land surveying, and system design. Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules using advanced project management tools to ensure timely delivery of civil engineering initiatives. Prepare accurate construction estimates and budgets by leveraging construction estimating techniques and software such as Mathcad and Civil 3D. Design and draft schematics, plans, and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and Civil 3D to visualize project concepts clearly. Conduct construction management activities including site supervision, construction inspection, quality assurance, and safety compliance. Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) such as ArcGIS and HEC-RAS for spatial analysis, hydraulic modeling, and system design optimization. Perform land surveying tasks with precision using modern survey equipment to gather accurate field data for design integration. Review technical documentation, prepare reports, and communicate complex engineering concepts effectively through technical writing. Oversee system design processes for water treatment plants, wastewater management, hydraulics systems, and geotechnical engineering considerations. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on project engineering tasks related to pipeline installation, schematics development, and system integration. Apply specialized software like SWMM (Storm Water Management Model) for drainage analysis and Hydraulics calculations for infrastructure resilience.

Experience

Proven experience in civil engineering project management from conception through completion across diverse infrastructure sectors. Strong familiarity with construction management practices including scheduling, inspection procedures, safety protocols, and quality control. Hands-on experience with CAD drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation; BIM software like Revit; and GIS platforms including ArcGIS. Knowledge of hydraulic modeling software such as HEC-RAS or SWMM for water flow analysis; familiarity with system design for water treatment or wastewater facilities is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to perform construction estimating accurately using industry-standard methods; experience with geotechnical engineering assessments is a plus. Skilled in technical writing for reports, proposals, schematics documentation, and project specifications.
