Key Requirements
Experience
: 4-6 years of experience in civil engineering within the residential construction sector.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field such as B.Tech/B.E. with a specialization in Civil Engineering.
Licensure
: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
Technical Skills
: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
