Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Monitor construction progress, provide solutions to problems, and adjust plans when necessary. Maintain accurate records of construction activities, inspections, and quality control procedures.

Surveying and Site Analysis

: Conduct site surveys and analyze the structural integrity of existing buildings or infrastructure. Collaborate with surveyors to collect data for design and analysis.

Quality Control and Safety

: Ensure the structural integrity of all designs, ensuring that the final product is safe and durable. Oversee safety protocols on construction sites to prevent accidents and ensure worker safety. Perform quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.

Cost Management

: Estimate project costs, create budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective solutions. Evaluate material costs, labor, and time requirements to optimize project efficiency. Provide financial reports and make adjustments to ensure that projects stay within budget.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Civil engineering: 2 years (Required)
