Job description:

Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other site staff for smooth workflow. Measure quantities and assist in preparing bills and estimates. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site discipline. Check quality of materials and workmanship. Assist in project planning and scheduling. Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs as required. Ensure timely completion of assigned works within budget and quality parameters.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Experience:

1 to 2 years in civil site execution, supervision, or project management.

Preferred Background:

Building construction / roads / infrastructure projects.

Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic level), and site documentation. Strong leadership and communication skills. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under deadlines.

Additional Requirements

Immediate joiner preferred. Willingness to work at site locations as required. Must be a team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
