About the Role:

AJA Realtys Home Private Limited is looking for a motivated Civil Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. This role involves site visits, site handling, client coordination, and ensuring timely execution of projects. The candidate will also play a key role in lead handling, deal closing, and spot closing with strong technical and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance. Handle site operations, including manpower supervision, materials management, and vendor coordination. Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing queries and providing technical solutions. Manage leads from inquiry to conversion, including follow-ups and client meetings. Support in deal closing with effective communication and negotiation skills. Apply spot closing knowledge to convert potential leads into confirmed clients. Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in civil site handling and client coordination. Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and on-site management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle leads, convert deals, and achieve targets. Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team. Willingness to travel for site visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
