This position requires dedication to office-based work, contributing to the planning and execution of residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of designs and adherence to project timelines.

Structural Analysis

: Conduct structural analysis and assessments to ensure the safety and stability of residential structures.

Site Inspection

: Perform on-site inspections to verify compliance with approved designs and provide technical support during the construction phase.

Documentation

: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of design changes, project progress, and site inspections.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD
Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically within residential real estate projects.

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.

Software Proficiency

: Proficient in using AutoCAD
