Role: Civil Engineer
Key Responsibilities
:
Prepare and analyse complete material quantity take-offs (BOQs) for construction projects.
Review construction drawings and technical documents to estimate accurate material requirements.
Evaluate cost estimates and cross-check with project budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure alignment of timelines and resources.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Required)
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (Required)
Proficient in MS Excel and general MS Office applications
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
:
Basic understanding of Quantity Surveying / Estimation techniques
Accuracy in calculations and data interpretation
Able to read and understand technical construction drawings
Good knowledge of time management and project coordination
