Position :

Civil Engineer

Location:

Pune

Key Responsibilities:

oversee day-to-day site activities ensuring work is done as per approved drawings and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely project execution.

Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Maintain site records, daily reports, and work schedules.

Developer Liaison & Promotion
Meet real estate developers, architects, and contractors to introduce and promote company offerings.

Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders to generate leads and secure orders.

Provide technical support and presentations to prospective clients as needed.

Assist in preparing promotional material and participating in project presentations or exhibitions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Knowledge about construction site supervision and client interactions.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to travel locally for site visits and meetings.

Knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and safety norms.

Preferred Skills:
MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project tracking tools.

Self-driven with a result-oriented approach.

Fluency in [English + Local Language].

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
