Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals with a strong background in office fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in one or more of the following domains:

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

C&I (Controls & Instrumentation)

Fire & Safety Compliance

This role demands flexibility and readiness to travel across major cities in India, depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute office fit-out projects with precision and adherence to timelines Ensure compliance with MEP, C&I, and fire & safety standards across all project sites Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and vendors Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain quality and safety benchmarks Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site challenges efficiently Maintain documentation and reporting for project progress and compliance

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in office fit-out projects (minimum 2 years, up to 7 years) Specialized knowledge in at least one of the following: MEP, C&I, or Fire & Safety Strong understanding of regulatory standards and safety protocols Excellent communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel extensively across India based on project locations

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or relevant field Certifications in Fire & Safety or related disciplines will be an advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
