We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Civil Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil engineering works related to solar projects, including site preparation, foundation design, and structural execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee civil works for solar power projects including site survey, layout, and foundation construction.
Ensure project execution in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Supervise site teams and contractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and resolve technical issues on-site.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for construction materials and quality control.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in civil engineering (experience in solar projects preferred).
Strong knowledge of foundation design, site grading, and structural works.
Ability to manage contractors and supervise site teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
