Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Infrastructure Civil Engineer

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, coordination, and execution of infrastructure works (roads, drainage, water supply, sewage systems, utilities, grading, etc.) for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and government agencies to ensure infrastructure components are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning:

Develop civil engineering designs for infrastructure elements such as roads, storm water drainage, water supply, sewage, and utility networks. Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to support land development projects. Prepare site grading and earthwork plans using CAD and civil engineering software.

Project Management:

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for infrastructure design and approvals. Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical reports. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and construction schedules.

Regulatory & Compliance:

Ensure all infrastructure designs comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and development guidelines.

Construction Oversight:

Support site supervision during infrastructure construction. Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure engineering standards are met. Resolve site-related technical issues in collaboration with the construction team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

5+

years of experience in infrastructure design and construction, preferably within real estate development. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software. Strong knowledge of infrastructure planning, land development, and utility coordination. Familiarity with local municipal codes and permitting processes. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Bhugaon , Pune.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
