Site Supervision

Project Management

: Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of construction projects.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and are performed according to the project specifications.

Resource Management

: Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Risk Assessment

: Identify potential risks on site and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

Experience

: 4-6 years of professional experience in civil engineering, specifically in the real estate sector.

Education

: Diploma or relevant degree in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with local building codes and regulations Strong leadership and communication skills
