Visiting sites and inspecting internal and external attributes of the structures as per the provided approved building plan and local Bye Laws.

Examining different type of property and selecting a suitable method of valuation.

Performing property valuations for bank and financial institute loan, income tax assessment, education loan, visa purposes etc.

Calculating values by considering market approach, cost approach and checking location, size, zoning availability of the property.

Analysing sales, rental and other real estate market data of property.

Submitting written assessments and reports of valuation in digital software of the company.

Providing consultancy advice on valuation matters.

Sound knowledge of real estate laws.

Skilled in performing mathematical and statistical calculations for valuation purposes.

Responding to customer queries regarding assessment values.

Explaining appraisal processes and conclusions to clients
