Need Civil Engineers For Marketing And Sales Activities Of Ready Mix Concrete Plant (RMC Plant) In Indore.
reach out to potential clients, such as construction companies, to introduce RMC (ready mix concrete) and drive sales.
Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
Experience in quality control/assurance in manufacturing, preferably in the construction industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process control and product testing
Knowledge of concrete materials, mix design, and testing methods
Experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
Should have an Experience of 2 year to 5 year.
