Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our Manjeri team. The ideal candidate will support our ongoing architectural projects by preparing building permit drawings, estimates, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare building permit drawings and documentation
Draft and review structural and construction drawings
Assist in quantity take-off and preparation of project estimates
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and site teams
Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards
Maintain accurate project records and reporting
Skills & Qualifications:
B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Proficiency in
Sanketham
and
K-Smart
preferred
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Good communication and teamwork skills
