Job Function and Duties :

Analyze drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints Estimation of works, preparing proposals, Making tender documents etc. billing, estimation Planning and conceptualizing projects, Material Management, Execution of projects, getting Work Executed Perform and adjust quantity calculations for practical and budgetary purposes Forecast design and construction time frames ability to work to deadlines and within budgets. Oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project Supervising Construction & Interior works, Visiting to the projects, check the quality, coordinate with contractors, clients, Vendors. Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented. Basic Auto cad knowledge (Must) * Must know the Hindi language.
