Job Description

Job Purpose:

To manage the contractual and commercial aspects of dewatering works on-site, including cost control, estimation, billing, and quality verification, CAD drawing ensuring all work complies with technical specifications and project standards.

Cost Estimation & Budgeting Measurement & Billing Quality & Compliance Documentation & Reporting Support & Coordination

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of commercial site practices. (Dewatering techniques will be advantage). Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software. Good understanding of construction contracts and execution. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented and quality-conscious.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in Commercial site or Construction quantity surveying, preferably with focus on dewatering or ground improvement works. Knowledge of groundwater control systems and geotechnical site conditions is an advantage.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
