Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise ongoing construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution of projects. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines. Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Construction) Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction/project management Full proficiency in English and Hindi

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

B.E. Civil with minimum 5 years of work experience Intermediate proficiency in Konkani Experience handling projects with a cumulative built-up area of at least 3000 sq. m

Skills & Competencies:

Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
