Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design
Minimum 2+ years of experience (mandatory)
Good knowledge of K-Smart (Kerala Smart Building Permit System)
Proficiency in 2D & 3D drawings
AutoCAD
SketchUp / other relevant 3D software
Ability to handle drawings, site coordination, and interior layouts independently
Good communication and teamwork skills
Prepare and review 2D & 3D civil and interior drawings
Handle K-Smart permit drawings and documentation
Support interior design concepts and execution
Site coordination
