Melange Homes is a reputed construction company based in Kollam, handling residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Office Engineer (Civil) who can manage drawings, estimation, documentation, and coordinate project requirements from the office.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, structural drawings, and working drawings for ongoing projects.
Handle quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimation for materials and labour.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain and update project reports, material statements, and work progress.
Verify measurements and support billing preparation.
Ensure all drawings comply with standards, specifications, and client requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
1-2 years of experience in construction projects (freshers with strong skills may apply).
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (if any).
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and project standards.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
