We're looking for a

dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Engineer

to join our growing team and help bring our designs to life through effective site coordination, communication, and execution.

Your Role

As the Civil Engineer at Psy-Arch, you'll act as the bridge between

design and construction

-- ensuring our architectural vision is translated into flawless on-site reality. You'll coordinate between architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, quality-driven project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate

site activities

, ensuring timely execution as per design intent. Handle

material procurement

, vendor coordination, and site logistics. Conduct

regular site visits

to review progress and quality standards. Prepare

quick cost estimations

and assist in project budgeting. Support

negotiations with contractors and suppliers

for optimal pricing and quality. Communicate effectively with the design and construction teams to resolve on-site challenges. Assist in preparing basic

drawings or revisions

using AutoCAD and SketchUp when required.

Who You Are

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

(minimum 3 years of experience). Strong understanding of

construction practices, materials, and detailing

. Basic skills in

AutoCAD

and basic

SketchUp

. Excellent

communication and coordination skills

-- comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and the design team. Skilled in

quick estimation

and cost awareness. Passionate about

architecture, design, and quality construction.
