Job Summary:

Catalyst is looking for a

Civil Engineer / Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering

to manage and oversee all construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across various Catalyst locations. The role involves site supervision, coordination with contractors, quality control, and ensuring timely project execution as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and supervise

all civil projects

across Catalyst locations. Plan, execute, and monitor

construction, renovation, and interior works

. Coordinate with

contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams

. Ensure

quality control

, safety standards, and compliance with drawings. Prepare

BOQs, material estimates, and work schedules

. Track project progress and submit

regular reports to management

. Verify measurements, bills, and work completion status. Ensure projects are completed

within timelines and budget

. Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues.
Requirements:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering

1-5 years of experience in

site execution or project supervision

Knowledge of

construction methods, materials, and drawings

Ability to handle

multiple sites simultaneously

Good coordination and communication skills Willingness to

travel between project locations

Basic knowledge of

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation

is an added advantage

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Time management and multitasking skills Vendor and contractor management experience
