Job Brief: Civil Engineer (Quantity Estimation & Site Supervision)
Location: Muscat, Oman
The Role:
You will be responsible for quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and site supervision.
The role includes managing site activities, reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring project execution within approved timelines and budgets.
You will prepare cost estimates and BOQs using MS Office, monitor site progress, conduct site inspections, ensure quality and safety compliance, and coordinate with the project and technical teams.
We Require:
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in quantity estimation and site works.
Strong experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and site supervision.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
GCC experience is preferred.
We Offer:
Attractive Salary: OMR 450 - 600 per month, inclusive of all benefits.
Contract: 2-year contract, renewable by mutual agreement.
