Role Summary

We're looking for a Civil Engineer to manage professional matchmaking and coordination--connecting homeowners with the right contractors/designers, ensuring smooth follow-ups, and tracking outcomes until closure.

Responsibilities

Shortlist and recommend the right professionals based on requirement, budget, location, and timeline Coordinate intro calls, site visits, and follow-ups between homeowners and professionals Track each case: Connected ? Site Visit ? Quotation Submitted ? Converted/Lost and update status regularly Ensure quotations/estimates are shared on time with clear scope (inclusions/exclusions) Maintain professional profiles (services, coverage areas, budgets, availability) and improve responsiveness
Requirements

2+ years experience in civil / interiors / project coordination Basic understanding of residential construction/interior workflow and quotations/BOQ Comfortable handling multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
