Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our swimming pool construction and maintenance team. The candidate will be involved in project planning, site supervision, quality checks, and coordination of all civil-related activities for swimming pool projects. Freshers with good technical knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, designing, and executing swimming pool construction projects.

Supervise on-site civil work activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Monitor quality of materials, workmanship, and compliance with safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Support in maintenance-related tasks and inspections of completed pools.

Prepare basic reports, measurements, and documentation as required.

Assist in troubleshooting site issues and ensuring timely resolution.

Travel to project sites as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Freshers can apply).

Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site supervision.

Willingness to learn and work in outdoor/field environments.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Male candidates preferred due to field-work nature.

4-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
