Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and implement project plans, drawings, and technical specifications.

Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure timely execution as per project schedule.

Conduct structural analysis, quantity estimation, and cost control.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients for project progress.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards at all stages.

Manage resources, materials, and workforce to optimize project efficiency.

Prepare progress reports, BOQs, and other project documentation.

Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and materials.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.

Good understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective coordination.

Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/Diploma).

4+ years of relevant work experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
