Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Marketing
Identify and develop new clients in construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
Promote RMC products to contractors, developers, consultants, and government agencies.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase product benefits.
Generate inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up to convert into sales.

Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with site engineers, purchase managers, and project heads.

Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets of RMC.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Assist in pricing strategies and negotiation with clients.

Technical Support
Provide mix design and technical guidance to clients.
Conduct site visits for quality assurance and client support.
Ensure RMC meets IS codes and quality standards.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with plant operations and logistics teams for smooth delivery.
Maintain records of sales, collections, and client feedback.
Submit weekly and monthly reports to management.
