Job Description

This Position is responsible for execution of civil, Maintenance / Capex Jobs Related to Institution / school buildings, within targeted time and budget to meet the desired user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect buildings and infrastructure; identify damage and safety issues. Plan and prioritize maintenance and repair work. Select materials and apply proper construction techniques (concrete repair, waterproofing, etc.). Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors. Maintain documentations of inspections and repairs. Handle urgent repair requirements and emergency protocols.

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering. 4-6 year's experience in maintenance and civil project executions. Good Knowledge of buildings codes, estimation, and constructions techniques. Strong Communications and technical skills

Diploma In Civil Engineering, B.E
