Plan, execute, and supervise civil works while ensuring full compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Support smooth and timely completion of civil activities within Oil & Gas projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, monitor, and supervise civil construction activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Oversee site preparation, foundations, structural works, concrete activities, road works, and related civil tasks.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality procedures, and industry regulations.
Review technical drawings and reports; provide inputs to resolve site-related issues.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Conduct inspections, identify non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Track project progress, prepare documentation, and support timely project delivery.
Qualifications:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering
(or equivalent).
2-10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector (preferred).
Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, QA/QC procedures, and site execution.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
