Position Overview:

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and supervising civil engineering projects under GIBS Group Venture - Pathfinder. The candidate should have hands-on experience in civil projects, particularly in new project execution, cost control, construction coordination, and design application.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and supervise civil construction projects including commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments. Participate in

new project execution

and assist in implementing project plans effectively. Prepare, review, and provide inputs on project drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to facilitate

construction coordination

and smooth project progress. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, with a focus on

cost control and efficiency

. Ensure quality control and adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain proper documentation of project activities, progress reports, and approvals. Assist in procurement, material management, and vendor coordination for projects. Provide technical guidance and support in

designing structures, layouts, and civil systems

according to project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

3-6 years of experience

in civil engineering projects, with experience in

new project execution, construction coordination, design, and cost management

. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. Excellent project planning, cost control, and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
