Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated

Civil Engineer

with 1-2 years of experience to assist in managing and executing

interior fit-out projects

. The role involves working closely with the site execution team and office-based teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of interior works.

Key Responsibilities & On-Site Responsibilities :

Support day-to-day supervision of interior works including carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, and finishing. Ensure execution as per design, drawings, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for smooth work progress. Maintain daily work reports, site measurements, and photo documentation. Assist in checking levels, dimensions, and alignment on site. Help enforce site safety and cleanliness protocols.

Office Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing BOQs, material requirements, and cost estimates. Coordinate with vendors for material procurement and delivery schedules. Help maintain documentation such as site logs, progress charts, and checklists. Support the senior team in preparing drawings and client reports. Communicate site requirements and progress to design and management teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 1-2 years of experience in interior fit-out or finishing works. Basic understanding of interior construction processes and materials. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project planning tools. Willingness to work on-site and manage field responsibilities. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
