(fresher or up to 1 year of experience) to join our team for a prestigious
Central Government building construction project
. The selected candidate will support the execution, quality monitoring, and reporting activities at the project site.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day site supervision and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports and other project documentation.
Support the Site Engineer/Project Manager in coordinating with contractors and vendors.
Ensure quality control and compliance with government construction norms.
Assist in quantity measurement, verification, and preparation of contractor bills.
Report any site issues promptly to senior engineers or project heads.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Experience:
0-1 year in civil building construction (freshers may apply).
Basic knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and government project standards.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work at site locations as required.
