Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Engineering intern to join our plant's Quality Control team. The intern will assist in monitoring and ensuring the quality of construction materials and products manufactured at the plant. This role provides hands-on experience in quality testing, inspections, and documentation relevant to civil engineering and materials science.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality checks on raw materials (e.g., aggregates, cement) and finished products. Assist in conducting standard laboratory and field tests (e.g., compressive strength.) Support daily inspections during the production process to ensure adherence to specifications and standards. Document and report any defects or deviations from quality standards. Help prepare and maintain test records, inspection reports, and other QA documentation. Work with Quality Engineers to carry out root cause analysis and support corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards during inspections. Participate in internal audits and process improvement initiatives.
