Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction.
Manage Project workflow, schedules, cost information and compile reports and bills.
Performed Qa /Qc of activities - Ensure top quality of construction work.
Provide inspection of activities - Ensure they are performed within good parameters.
Prepare project reports - Planned vs Progress
Perform survey, layout of buildings
Oversee, manage, and instruct the construction labour teams and subcontractors
Enlightening site workers on construction safety regulations and guidelines, and accident protocol
Keeping and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of construction labor and material consumption
Examining and analyzing drawings to make sure that construction projects are in strict compliance with design, safety, and budget specifications
Recommending and/or suggesting changes to construction operations to procedures to boost efficiency.
Ensure material is used properly.
Looks after construction quality.
Maintains project's safe working environment and safe work practices.
