Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise civil works for industrial projects
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives
Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and workmanship
Review and maintain site documentation, measurements, and reports
Support billing, quantity verification, and material reconciliation
Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Qualification & Experience
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering only (Diploma candidates not eligible)
Minimum
10 years of experience in industrial construction projects
Strong knowledge of site execution, QA/QC, and contractor coordination
Ability to read drawings and manage site documentation independently
