Study architectural and structural drawings
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
Ensure building work is carried out as per drawings
Supervise RCC works: footing, column, beam, slab
Supervise masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical coordination
Check shuttering, reinforcement, formwork accuracy
Daily coordination with contractors, supervisors, and site workers
Liaise with clients, PMC, and consultants
Communicate daily progress to management
