We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Fresher Civil Engineer
to join our team. The candidate will support senior engineers in planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing construction projects while gaining hands-on exposure to site and office-based engineering work.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
project planning, measurement, and execution
under guidance of senior engineers.
Conduct
site supervision
, ensure work is performed as per drawings and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain
daily site reports
, measurements, and documentation.
Support
quality checks
for materials and workmanship.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project team members.
Assist in preparing
AutoCAD drawings
, BOQs, estimates, and other technical documents.
Ensure compliance with
project timelines and technical specifications
.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of
construction methods, materials, and standards
.
Familiarity with
AutoCAD, MS Office
, and measurement tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under supervision and learn quickly.
Willingness to visit and work at project sites.
