Civil Engineer(Tender & Estimation)

Salary : 50k to 60k

Location : Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for tenders.

- Study tender documents and prepare technical & financial bids.- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for costing accuracy.

- Monitor market rates of materials, labor, and subcontracting services.

- Prepare comparative cost statements and highlight risks in tenders.

Requirements:

- B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) with 5-6 years' experience in tendering/estimation.

- Strong knowledge of CPWD, NHAI, AAI, IRCON, and PSU tendering norms.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.

- Strong analytical and costing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
