We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction site supervision and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at construction sites to ensure work is progressing as per schedule and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.

Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Interpret construction drawings and ensure correct implementation on site.

Resolve site issues and provide timely solutions to avoid project delays.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

Conduct quality control checks and ensure all materials and work comply with industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction projects, particularly site supervision.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Proficient in project management and use of relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
