Responsibilities

Planning and execution construction work strictly adhering to deadlines for the complete work Supervising and directing site personnel for complete MEP work. Ensuring project specifications & deadlines are met. Coordinating with other engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors. Conducting quality control checks and inspecting completed work Maintaining accurate records and documentation Resolving technical problems and providing solutions Communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. ESTIMATION & COSTING, RATE ANALYSIS. Manage complete Site work (Brick work, Plaster, RCC, PCC, making BBS (bar bending schedule), demolish work, Drainage work and PQC road Maintenance work) Prepare Check list of every work and submit in office Prepare DWR and DPR in AutoCADAnalyzing technical drawings and providing cost estimates Must Know how to handle all site Team, how to prepare contractor bills, R.A bills etc. Must Know Estimation of Brick work, Plaster, RCC, PCC BOQ Measurement Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports Attending and scheduling meetings as required. Communicating with managers, supervisors, Accounts and the rest of the team. Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 2 - 4 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting Experience with AutoCAD, STAD Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills.
