Responsibilities

1. Design and planning:

Develop detailed designs for construction projects using engineering software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Conduct technical and feasibility studies to assess project viability.

Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.

Project management:

Manage project budgets and resources to ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.

Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to resolve design and development problems.

Supervise tendering procedures and manage equipment and material purchases.

Compliance and documentation:

Ensure projects comply with legal requirements, building codes, and safety regulations.

Review and maintain project files, records, and logs.

Prepare and submit project status reports.

Track and document project issues and conditions.
