Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mid-Level Civil Engineer to oversee the execution of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on site management, quality assurance, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for hands-on execution in civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards. Collaborate with contractors, site supervisors, and workers to ensure seamless execution of project tasks. Monitor construction progress and address any deviations or delays in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and design specifications. Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship to ensure conformity with project requirements. Coordinate with design teams and consultants to resolve technical issues and implement design changes when needed. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, documenting site activities and challenges. Estimate and procure materials required for construction, ensuring optimal utilization and minimal waste. Assist in preparing bills of quantities (BOQs) and verifying contractor claims. Maintain proper documentation of project records, drawings, and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and project execution. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and plans. Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and project management tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
