Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

: Develop and implement detailed project plans for real estate developments, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

Site Management

: Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Quality Assurance

: Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and ensure that construction meets the required standards and regulations.

Coordination with Stakeholders

: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and project progress.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, MS Project, MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in industry-standard civil engineering software for project management, design, and analysis.
