Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

: Oversee day-to-day construction site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Project Planning

: Assist in the planning and design phases, providing technical advice and recommendations for project feasibility.

Quality Assurance

: Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to construction specifications and safety standards.

Coordination

: Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and consultants to align project objectives and deliverables.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD
Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multi-disciplinary engineering activities Familiarity with local construction regulations and codes
