Project Planning and Design

: Assist in the planning and design of residential construction projects, ensuring engineering principles are incorporated effectively.

Site Analysis

: Conduct site investigations and assessments to determine suitability for construction projects and identify potential environmental impacts.

Compliance Assurance

: Ensure all engineering activities comply with local, state, and national construction codes and standards.

Construction Oversight

: Oversee on-site construction activities, monitor progress, and ensure project milestones are achieved within the stipulated timelines.

Quality Control

: Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction throughout the project lifecycle.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, MS Project, MS-Office

Key Requirements

Experience

: Less than 1 year to 2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the residential real estate sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a closely related field.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools relevant to design and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
