Job Description

Project Oversight:

Managing and coordinating all on-site construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans, specifications, and timelines.

Resource Management:

Overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.

Quality Control:

Ensuring all construction work meets established quality standards and adheres to engineering specifications.

Safety Compliance:

Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Coordination:

Collaborating with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Reporting:

Preparing and submitting progress reports, site reports, and other necessary documentation.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.

Budget Management:

Managing project budgets and resources effectively.

Technical Expertise:

Providing technical advice, resolving technical difficulties, and ensuring work is completed according to design and specifications.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, permits, and legal requirements.

Site Inspections:

Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality, and verify adherence to plans.
