Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Design:

Conducting feasibility studies, developing detailed designs, creating construction plans, and preparing cost estimates.

Construction Management:

Overseeing construction activities, supervising personnel, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Risk Management:

Identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Communication:

Interacting with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on project goals.

Quality Control and Safety:

Implementing quality control measures, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining structural integrity of the facility.

Documentation and Reporting:

Preparing project reports, maintaining documentation, and managing project resources.
Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD).

Project Management:

Ability to manage projects, allocate resources, and track progress effectively.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues creatively and efficiently.

Compliance:

Knowledge of relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards.

Leadership:

Ability to supervise and mentor teams, and coordinate activities effectively.
